Apple Faces Class Action Suit for Privacy Violations

In a new suit filed in the federal district court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Apple is accused of using the personal information and activities of consumers, even if the user enters settings specifically stating that they don’t want their data shared. The suit alleges violations of wiretapping, privacy, and consumer fraud laws.
